China will make a slew of adjustments to certain administrative regulations, among which a total of 18 will meet with further amendments, and another five will be abolished, as decided by the State Council.
That brings an end to provisional regulations on private enterprises; rules for enforcement of the law on prevention and control of water pollution; Regulations on Administration of Geological Exploration Qualifications; regulations on the administration of breeding, livestock and poultry; tentative measures for rehabilitation through labor.
The decision of the adjustments listed above will come into force on April 4.
