The State Council issued a circular on Aug 1 introducing an adjusted lineup for the leading group for old industrial bases in Northeast China.

According to the circular, Premier Li Keqiang will sit at the helm of the new lineup as the group leader, flanked by Vice-Premier Han Zheng. Other members are from wide-ranging departments and commissions.

The National Development and Reform Commission will carry out the group’s routine work.
