Premier Li Keqiang met with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh on March 23. Pham, deputed by Vietnam’s Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, was attending the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Leaders’ Meeting and the 2016 Annual Conference of Boao Forum for Asia.
Premier Li said that China-Vietnam relations have developed positively since last year. He said that if both sides work together to address their differences properly and develop friendship between the people, China-Vietnam relations will have a bright future.
