Premier: Investing in ‘people’ is the biggest investment

Premier Li Keqiang visited Legend Star, a training center for startup entrepreneurs which was established by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Legend Holdings on Zhongguancun Inno Way in Beijing on May 7. Hearing that Legend Star had trained 600 CEOs of newly started small and medium-sized companies for free, Li said “you not only create great material wealth but also trained a large number of people to do so. People are the most valuable treasure, and investing in people is the biggest investment”.

Premier: Govt should not only streamline administration but also improve service

Premier Li Keqiang visited Entrepreneur Salon, a government-led service center for entrepreneurship on Zhongguancun Inno Way in Beijing on May 7. Hearing they provide registration, legal and financial services and also offer free water, electricity and Internet for entrepreneurs, Li said most service centers concentrate on streamlining administration “but you also concentrate on improving services, that is something the government should do”.
